how to install MinGW-64 compiler in windows

hii all, i am using R2018b. I need to load some c library files into MATLAB for noise cancellation. For that, Matlab is asking to install MinGW-w64 compiler. I have downloaded the same. but, it is in different format which couldn't understand the format also. please someone help me to install it with R2018b and what are the required compilers for that ?

may i know where do you download the MinGW-w64 compiler?

The last time I installed it, I just downloaded it from the FEX. It might not yet be available for 2018b, you'll need to check. The normal installation process for Matlab should have set the file association so you should be able to double click.
