How to disable Ctr-Scroll wheel for number increment in editor?

If I do control mouse-scroll-wheel when my cursor is near a number in the editor, it increments it and runs that particular section. How can I disable this feature?

There is a shortcut defined called 'Increment Value Near Cursor and Evaluate Section' (windows default is ctr + numpad+) which does exactly the same thing. But removing this shortcut does not remove the mouse-scroll-wheel behavior.
