Simulink model for DC shunt motor does not give correct output despite no errors.

The attached Simulink .mdl file (MATLAB 2017) contains a model for DC shunt motor. The DC motor block was cut and pasted from MATLAB 2014. The model runs but the output is not correct. Scope does not show plots for armature current vs speed, torque vs speed.
Help and suggestions appreciated.

This seems to be a parameterization issue. Increasing the field resistance to 150 Ohm will enable simulation to a nonzero speed. The exact parameterization will depend on application requirements.
