I have calculated the Euclidean distance of matrix but am not getting correct ROC-like in fig 2. I have attached my program files herewith, firstly run PCA_ORL_11.m

Your ROC calculation is not obvious: why should the false rate be calculated like that??
The code also involves a series of "magic numbers" that are meaningless to outside observers like us.
