How to organise a dataset using data from excel

Hello, i have a dataset with a bunch of photos but they are not organized in folders. I know there must be 102 classes. How can i generate folders and automatically move the photos in their directory using the data from excel? For example in the dataset there are 8000 pictures and from excel i know that 100 from the pictures are rose examples. I want to generate a folder named "Rose" and move the pictures in that folder. Repeat for the other 101 classes.
