After multiple incorrect password attempts, users will be temporarily locked out of their MathWorks Account.
If you have been locked out of your MathWorks Account for too many failed login attempts, you will need to reset your password to access your account.
1. You can reset your password from the link in the warning message or by navigating back to the login screen and clicking "Forgot Password"
OR
2. You can contact MathWorks Customer Support to have a password reset link sent to the email address associated to your MathWorks Account

I have the same problem. I send reset mail to my mail but it says "We've received a password reset request for an email address that is not associated with a MathWorks Account." Can you help urgently?
