amplifier lpf sensor adc for biomedical signal

Hello. I have a problem and I need to add a biomedical signal to the attached block that can be a heart signal. Now, my question is, what is the meaning of the sensor in the MATLAB, and in order to solve the question, I need code so that I can figure out how to strengthen it. . It's harder to work when using Simulink is not free. filter is Low pass filter . I've added the code
