I want to track a specific trend in 2D matrix using Pattern Recognition app, but my problem is how to define Target Matrix? In fact I dont know about the relation of input and output.

I have a 2D matrix which is a seismic section

for example i want the network to recognize the 30th rows of the 1st column and continue till the end. finally it should recognize the yellow curved line in the picture beginning in the 30th row of the first column to 10th row of the last colomn.
