How can I remove 'hide automatic names' feature permanently in simulink ?

In simulink when I open a new blank model hide automatic names feature is always active and manually I passive it by display menu. Is there anything to passive that feature permanently. When I open a new model this will be passive automatically.

It is just those that the default settings are not what you want. You can create your own model template.

As mentioned by by Fangjun Jiang earlier, you can create your own model template. You'll need to set the model parameter HideAutomaticNames to 'off' in your template. See Hide or Display Block Names.
