How do I update a submitted file?

I can't seem to find the link to edit a file I've submitted to the file exchange website. Do I have to resubmit the file to update it?

Are you logged in under the same account that submitted the file?

I don't think you can edit the file itself online. You have to edit it locally, and then resubmit.
