Why my neural network using toolbox gives best validation performance at epoch 0 ?

I have stored data extracted from SPICE in excel.

I have 6 inputs and 12 outputs, Im using 1500 samples.

i.e., input is 6x1500 and target is 12x1500, when i train using this set of data in nntool, I get best performance validation at epoch 0.

whats the mistake I'm doing or am I missing something while training?
