how can i run a script for dynamo, the subtomogram averaging program?

we have installed matlab, and we want to use it for scipt execution, development and processing in a program for cryoEM subtomoram averaging, Dynamo. I am a very naive user of these informatic languages, maths and so on. Hence, i want to know how can i run a script made for Matlab. I try to run it, but it gives me an error all the time:
