How to giving same group of number on image using bwlabel? i have 27 mri image , i need to extract some volume, using bwlabel , so how to solve or how to giving a
same number by bwlabel ? how to solve irregular priority on bwlabel function? can any give ideas?

How about using bwlabeln or bwconncomp? They can apply to 3-dimensional data.
