Inverse Kinematics Block malfunction

Hi every one, I'm trying to learn the Robotics System Tool Box and get a strange bug in inverse kinematic block.
The position of end effector alway inverse in sign. Please take a look on my model and kindly please help to point me the problem.

I have a hunch that the end-effector link is not the link you are interested in.
