How can I download a simulink library 'commanapbnd3'? For Simulink 2012b?

Hello, my problem is:
I am trying to add to my project sheme a DSB AM Modulator (Demodulator) Passband, but suddenly in my officially installed Matlab + Simulink 2012b there is none of it. As I understood, it is a result of non-having a library 'commanapbnd3', I get an notification window with this message.
The general question is: how can I get this exact library to fix my problem?

It looks to me as if should exist in that release. You might need to reinstall the Communications System Toolbox.
If I recall correctly, there is a later release when those Analog Passband routines stop being supported, but your release should have them.
