I am seeing the same PER curve at two different channel bandwidth settings, but I would expect the PER for the CBW40 to be 3dB lower than the PER for the CBW20.

We expect a 3dB decrease in power density when the bandwidth doubles from CBW20 to CBW40 or from CBW40 to CBW80. We do not necessarily expect the PER curve to drop by 3dB since it is not linearly related to the power density.
