Matlab 2018b Update 3 runs with elevated privileges.

I have Matlab 2018b (with Update 3) installed, but find that it seems to be running with elevated privileges. So, if I use the system command to run a windows app, it displays as being run as "Administrator". How do I change this so Matlab runs WITHOUT elevated privileges?
