Running script in Windows machine started from Linux machine.

Hi, I have an interesting question. I have two desktop computers one with Ubuntu and other Windows 8. I keep my Matlab codes in Windows computer and would like to start these codes directly from Linux machine. However, what I prefere is 1. No RDP, Teamviewer, VNC etc. 2. Kind of connection runs through command line or maybe SSH (I have zero experience in networking :)
