matlab to arduino connection through USB

I was unable to connect the Arduino Nano to my MATLAB software through USB cable. I have tried all the trouble shooting solutions that are in MATLAB website but not working. Problem is - Matlab not detecting the arduino hardware.

I understand that you are not able to connect Arduino to MATLAB through USB cable. Try using a different USB cable, preferably one that’s known to work with other devices. Also refer to the troubleshooting steps mentioned in below links-
