OCR | Recognize numbers using optical character recognition

Dear all,

I would like to reconize numbers by OCR (https://nl.mathworks.com/help/vision/ref/ocr.html#namevaluepairarguments), but how do I 'connect' the red number to a number to work with in Matlab.

For example, red the number: 987654, with wich command do I couple it to a=986754 en the next red number to b=nextnumber?
