Split column values separated by comma in excel file into rows

Hi,

thats my question:

Excel file : A=[0,0,0,240,500,0] and i want : A=[0;0;0;240;500;0]

Heres my start:

T = xlsread('pacienteIDn15.xlsx'' 'Shet1','D1:D10');

and now i want to split them . Help me
