usage of fileEnsembleDatastore for text files

I am referring to the example: "File Ensemble Datastore Using Data in Text Files". I don't have access to the MATLAB example files. Would be grateful if I would be guided about how to read and write numeric data from multiple text files (data from a sensor) with about 14 lines of header and only a single long column representing the data with no row or column lables? Can I atleast have access to the read & write functions for the datastore in "File Ensemble Datastore Using Data in Text Files" example?

If you open the example (click "Open Live Script" at the top of the example page) this will open a folder with the readFleetData.m file that reads the data from the text files.
