Dielectric meshing error due to frequency/epsilon_r combo?

Depending on the dielectric of my substrate and the frequency of analysis for S11, I get a meshing error. I think this may be do to the dielectric toolbox only accepting one value for epsilon_r when in reality it is dependent on the frequency of operation. Is there any existing support on solving this issue?
