How to make and save a video from tiff files?

We have created a time series from tiff images. Now, we want to save this time series (all the frames/images) as a video. How can we do this?

While you can indeed do this in matlab, it may be faster for you to download one of the many programs dedicated to doing this. Use your favorite search engine to find them. It appears that there are even online converters nowadays.
