How to convert vectors of unequal length to the same size

I have a set of time series vectors that have varying lengths and I am trying to determine a method using which all of them could have the same specified length. I believe that the signal processing toolbox of Matlab has certain resampling options that can help me with my problem, however I am unable to figure it out.
