I have no idea what you mean and in what context you got that window, but maybe this page helps?
Where do I find exmaple given a glossary ?
Where do I find for example the glossary of MathWorks?

https://www.mathworks.com/help/sps/powersys/ug/thyristor-based-hvdc-link.html appears to be the source of this example, but the user appears to be looking at an old version of it.

I would click the "Help" button on the dialog. It should bring up the doc or manual since it is mentioned in the description of the block.

@Walter Roberson @Fangjun Jiang This block doesn't have a description (see image).
Can you shed light on OP's original query? Where does one find this mysterious "HVDC Transmission System case study of the User's Manual"?
@Walter Roberson Thank you. Do you know your way around that particular HVDC example?
I'm looking for assistance altering the system capacity, voltage, and current to simulate a 500kVA transmission system, Vdc=500V and Idc = 1000A, 60 Hz frequency on both sides, and VL-L of 120-400V. However, I understand the associated R, L, C components also need to be adjusted for it to work properly. I am struggling to make it perform correctly with these lower values.
Sorry, I do not know how to do that.
