CPU Exception on Target Machine

I created a boot CD for a new real-time target computer using Simulink Real Time Explorer in R2017b and originally was getting a blank screen. After I made a new disc without graphics I am now getting the error seen in the picture I'm attaching. I also have USB support turned off. Does anybody know what could be causing this error? After getting frustrated I used 2016a and that boot disc worked, but I would like to use 2017b. Any ideas? Thanks.

Can you provide more information about the hardware that you are using?
