why do i get the error "Initialization of dSPACE software failed:" in matlab R2017B

1. What is the type of Installer you used for TargetLink Installation? Complete dSPACE release Master setup exe or just dSPACE TargetLink exe file. If you used Complete dSPACE release Master setup. follow the procedure given in point 2a, else use Complete dSPACE release Master setup

2. Please check does Matlab is integrated with your Installation manager properly. if not, repair your TargetLink installation.

problem is solved.there was problem in matlab installation. we reinstalled

matlab manually and error gone.
