How do I update the cacert chain file with DoD Root Authority certificates

Hello,

When running a webread string, I initially received the error "webread Line 119 ...<https://url> expired, missing or invalid certificates" and I update the cacert.pem file with the trusted DoD certificates and now am receiving error webread line 119 ..<https://url>. did not find resource to match this request".

The website/server has DoD Root CA issued certificate and I believe the issue is due to the cacert keystore (in the MATLAB 2016b JRE environment) file does not contain the trusted DoD CA certificates.

Is this possibly the problem and how do I update the cacert chain file with DoD Root Authority certificates under the ...\jre\lib\security folder?

NOTE: The https URL string does work when using a browser, I.E. and/or Firefox with the trusted root certificates but does not work in MATLAB 2016b
