thorlabs ccd camera does not appear in imaqtool

Hi!

I am currently working on a research project and I'm tryinng to connect a Thorlabs DCC1240C ccd camera into the Image Acquisition Toolbox but the toolbox doesn't display the camera. I cannot find a solution in any of the previouly posted questions in MathWorks.

Any help would be appreciated as I am working on a time-sensitive project.
