So, my professor gave me the following part (of a much larger project) to complete on MATLAB and he has neither taught me MATLAB or given me enough time to figure the syntaxes out but also wants me to do this using MATLAB. I would really really appreciate if someone could please help me out with this, I will forever be indebted to you.

The questions are actually very easy and typical of problems asked when learning matlab, so it sounds like your first step is to learn matlab. See matlab onramp for a starting point, or your local library.
