How to make a pause/ stop in a moving graph Matlab App Designer

I have a loop creating a moving plot/graph in Matlab app designer, but I wanna make a pause/stop at sometime and then restart it after comparing.
Does anyone know how to do that? Thank you!

Could you elaborate with an example or your use case?
Do you want to pause after every fixed time ?
