send me the activation key of matlab 2017a as the given in the setup is not working

NO.
It would violate our licence agreements with Mathworks if we were to send you an activation key. No-one here is going to send you an activation key.
As you were told in https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/471179-activation-key-issues-in-matlab-r2017-a you need to contact Mathworks support to arrange activation keys.
(Note: in some situations it would be necessary to get the activation key from a university, but Mathworks Support can figure out your situation.)
