How to convert/run Mathematica scripts in MATLAB

I have a few Mathematica scripts which I wants to execute from MATLAB. Is there a way to run, or convert these scripts to MATLAB? I know there are a few tools outthere but does any of you have any practical experience in Mathematica -> MATLAB conversion using any of these tool, or do you recommend to start over from scratch (the Mathematica scripts are rather complex)?
Any suggestions/guides or tips are very much appreciated.
OBS. I no logner have access to Mathematica.
