Is the magnetic field in the function "igrfmagm" is calculated in the earth centered earth fixed reference frame, or the earth centered inertial reference frame?

The reference frame for the XYZ components of the magnetic field is the NED (North-East-Down) frame defined on the "About Aerospace Coordinate System" page linked below:
