Alternative to Simulink obsoleted Get Attribute in Simevents

It seems "get attribute" block has been deprecated and not compatible with new entity blocks: https://se.mathworks.com/help/simevents/ref/getattributeobsolete.html

What's the alternative/new way to get attribute values and use them i.e. in a simulink function?

Check the Common Design Patterns in the Simulink Library (link to documentation).

On the top row, there should be the proposed way to extract value of entity attribute(s).
