MPC: Constrain MV to specific values

I am building an MPC Controler to control the heat output of a heat pump.

I would like to constrain my Manipulated Value (Heat pump turned on or off) to be either 0 or 1.

But so far I only found ways to constrain it to be between 0 or 1.

Is this even possible?
