PSAT small signal analysis

Using PSAT (matlab environment) for small-signal analysis, how can I introduce continuous changes to a power system through the “perturbation file” to generate continues data of the generators’ angular position (delta) and angular velocity (w). For example, how to continuously change the mechanical power “Pm” or the damping coefficient.
