Frequency Domain Time domain curve fitting

I have question regarding matlabfunction code,As you can see in photo when i am taking square of time then matlab function doesnt work. Can anybody help me please?

I am sorry.Yes you are right. but the problem when i am taking t^2 for exponentially function and its not giving results as have put in figure too.
