Add on window appear blank on R2019b

Whenever I clik on the add on icon or manage add on sub-icon, the pop up add on window appears blank, though if I press ctrl-a, ctrl-c and paste in a text file, the content appear as it should be present on add on window.

Type the following commands in command window
>>opengl software
>>opengl('save','software')
This makes the MATLAB work with opengl by default and after that try to open the Add on icon
