Generate a geotiff from x, y and z data stored in a matrix

Hi,
I have a matrix with three columns, x y and z. there is a 10 meter spacing between the points. I would now like to convert this data into a geotiff. My goal is to be able to open the data in arcmap as a raster. Any idea how to solve this?
