My situation is as follows:
I have to vertical cylinders A and B.
I want to connect them to one horizontal cylinder C so that if A moves up, the left side of C goes up and likewise if B moves up, the right side of C goes up.
My problem is I can't find a solution to connect two revolute joints to either end of C.
How can I solve that issue?

You should use a revolute joint between cylinder C and cyliner A. Use another revolute joint between the other end of cylinder C and cyliner B. The other ends of cylinder A and B need to be connected to the ground through two revolute joints.
