matlab_doc​_en_common​_156644739​5.enc: error while installing matlab. What should I do?

I have tried to instal matlab 10 times since this morning and while running the installer, before it reaches 10% it displays me a sort of error. matlab_doc_en_common_1566447395.enc: this is the last one. I have disable antivirus, deleted whatever was already on my pc but still it does not work. How can I go on?
