MathWorks Account Unavailable from Waseda University students

Dear support of Mathwork,

I am a students from Waseda University, Japan. I tried to get a license of student yesterday while the system showed the

"Due to a temporary problem, MathWorks Account is unavailabl. Try again later.

If this problem persists, contact support."

Could you please help fix the problem.

This is not installation support. Call the local number for Japan on the Contact Support link you gave.

Hello Lin Liqi,

Thank you for contacting us here at MATLAB Answers, and your email address, [e-mail] is not valid for the Campus-Wide License for Waseda University at the moment. Please change the current registered email address to the one with university domain, that ends with waseda.jp. To do this, please go to your MathWorks account and on the top menu, select "Edit Profile" under "Profile." I hope this works but if it doesn't please contact us again.
