Simulink Signal Extracting using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT)

Im trying to extract some useful data from the signal with sampling frequency of 8192Hz like shown in Figure. But the problem i faced was that the output of FFT only consists of 1 members, shouldn't it will output an array that consists of 8192 members ?
