This is the error I get and I use Matlab 2018a .
Error compiling Simscape network for model main1.
Caused by:
['main1/solar panel/PV Pannel/Solar Cella']: Failed to compute value for parameter, x.
No matching signature found for exp. exp takes one dimensionless argument.
Argument 1 = {6324.4554, 'K*V/J'}
Voc = {21.8000, 'V'}
vtm1 = {0.0034, 'J/K'}
In elec.sources.solar_cell ()

I had the same problem .I had to change the "Measurement temperature","Device simulation temperature" units in the temperature dependence setting of the solar cell model from "C" to "degC". I think this becuase in ealier version of MATLAB "C" is used for the temperature unit.
