Propblem with integration with constants

How can I integrate somehow that integration constants appear?
For example MATLAB prints: int(x)=1/2*x^2
Since I need it to be; int(x)=1/2*x^2+C

According to ‘Tips’ at the end of the documentation for ‘int’:
Results returned by int do not include integration constants.

out = int(sym('x')) + sym('C')
