Translate Wolfram to Matlab

Hello community. I need to convert Mathematica program to matlab. I downloaded this but I need instructions to work on it ToMatlab package built for mathematicahttp://library.wolfram.com/infocenter/MathSource/577/ Usage: Place the file in applications folder of your base directory. ¿? I have a 2017 vesion matlab.

Not sure what the question is here.
Since the package in the link in written in Mathematica (I assume, it's certainly not matlab) despite the .m extension, you'll be better off asking for help on a Mathematica forum.
It is given as the .m extension.

Your comments very appreciated. This file was downloaded from Mathworks. That's why I assumed is a matlab file.
In the file itself the first line suggests the extension should be .mth . If that doesn't work, I suggest you ask the publisher of this code how it is supposed to work or on a Mathematica forum.
Having just looked at Mathematica's language, it's clear that the file is written in mathematica.
