Cannot uninstall R2019a and how to do?

Hi sir:

Now I try to uninstall the R2019a from my computer. But the message appear. Would you tell me

how to do to make the uninstallation work.

My uninstaller was freezing while trying to remove Matlab 2019 all in one go - the solution for me was to uncheck the matlab program itself and remove all dependencies first (ie all other options), then I ran the uninstaller a second time to remove the main program to complete the uninstall.

Because the OS is unknown, you can refer here to uninstall MATLAB on Windows. Hope this helps.
