How to use readwaveform function on Tektronix MDO/MSO oscilloscope by using instrument control toolbox?

Hi! I am trying to read waveform from Tektronix MDO3012 and MSO46 by matlab. I found little support on the Internet regarding Tektronix device especially for new models. By following the video "https://www.mathworks.com/videos/read-a-waveform-from-an-oscilloscope-using-the-test-and-measurement-tool-1489428574572.html", I used tmtool and IVI protocol to apply functions. The driver I put in is Tkdpo2k3k4kIVIDriver1.5, which is claimed to be compatible for my devices. However, I meet error when use function in this driver, for example 'readwaveform' (screenshot attached below). Anyone got an idea how to solve them? Also appreciate it if any other methods about connecting Tektronix device are provided. Btw, I have verified the physical connection by using ni/keysight VISA, the computer can read waveform in this way but it is largely limited, uncontrollable and sometimes not working correctly.
